Go to the official website of the Registration Department of Tamil Nadu (TNREGINET). Under the “Guideline search” tab, select ‘Street’ or ‘Survey Number’ and then choose your zone, sub-registrar office and village name from the dropdown menu and type the street name or survey number according to the selection you made above. When you select the zone from the dropdown, then you will be listed with the sub-registrar office list from the selected zone, once you select the sub-registrar office, then you will be listed with the villages which comes under the selected sub-registrar office. This will make you flawless selection to get the perfect result.
In this example, we selected Coimbatore as Zone >> Annur as Sub-registrar office >> Masagoundenchettypalayam as village >> 115/1A5A as survey number as I know survey number. The search result will show that the region falls under Coimbatore revenue district and Annur revenue Taluk and a part of the guideline value from Nachatra Garden.
